Happy Birthday Pine Grove School
I am the exceptionally proud current principal of Pine Grove School. I am honored to continue the tradition of excellence that was created and sustained by Mr. Nolan, Mrs. Dahling-Hench, and Mr. Giannini. When Pine Grove became my home in 2017 I was ecstatic to be named Assistant Principal of such an amazing school. When I started people would tell me how wonderful the school was. Time after time parents, teachers, and students would share with me how warm and friendly it was, how supportive of a community it is, how much fun and laughter fill the halls of PGS. I thought to myself in the beginning, “Hmmm, it can’t ALL be wonderful, there must be some part of Pine Grove that isn’t all sunshine and rainbows.” To my amazement and delight I learned that it IS in fact as magical as people said. The Pine Grove community is a place where we work together, we play together, we learn together, and we work hard to make our school a place where everyone feels included. What I love the most about our school is that it feels like a family. We care for each other and look out for one another. Our staff loves children and believes in making decisions that are based on what is best for kids. Our students work hard and practice kindness, and our families are supportive of all that we do. To say I am fortunate to be the principal of Pine Grove School is an understatement. When I was appointed as Principal in 2021 it was a dream come true. I am profoundly grateful for the chance to be the lead learner of such a special school. Mrs. Buckle, Piney and I are so happy to be celebrating our 30th Birthday together with all of you!
