PGS - COVID 19 Update
In accordance of declared public health emergency and a civic preparedness emergency related to the spread of the COVID-19 coronavirus, and to aid in the “slowing of transmission” of the COVID-19 virus,
Pine Grove school will remain closed through the end of the current school year.
For the efforts to be effective, we have been asked to advise our community that during this two week period you follow the advice of the Centers for Disease Control which defines social distancing as “remaining out of congregate settings, avoiding mass gatherings and maintaining distance (approximately 6 feet) from others when possible.”
Please, check the https://www.cdc.gov/coronavirus/2019-ncov/community/home/index.html website for continual updates.
Please, refer to the letters of Mr. Jess Giannini, Principal of PGS for information about maintaining
academic progress and other issues specific to the PGS Community

Thank you PGS families for your support of our Bingo nights! We had so much fun enjoying pizza, friendship, and cheering for our Bingo lucky winners! It was a great time and a great way to raise funds for our beautiful Ben's Bells kindness mural! Also, a HUGE thank you to Mr. Moss, Mrs. Matos, Mr. G, Mrs. Borio, and all the PGS staff who gave their time and talents to make this a fun and successful event! Also, thank you very much to our local Avon business friends at First & Last Tavern, Luke's Donuts, and Cafe Bela Vida Tea Room for generously donating some prizes! We love our PGS and Avon community!
More details will be coming soon regarding the mural.
